HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE & PACKAGING?
We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders over £40. Our standard P&P costs for orders under £40 is £3.99.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to get your parcel to you within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Please note this time frame could increase slightly in very busy periods. If your order has not been received after 5 days, please contact us and we will look into.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If your order is required urgently, you have an option of upgrading to a 24 hour delivery service. The charge for this service is £5.99 and parcels will be delivered the working day after dispatch, usually by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Please note we dispatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed, if not earlier. Next Day orders placed Friday after 1pm are delivered Monday and Next Day orders placed Saturday after 1pm or Sunday are delivered Tuesday. Please note all Next Day orders require a signature upon delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope that all our customers will love their purchases and endeavour to supply the highest quality goods and service. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with the goods you have chosen, please notify us within 10 days of your order.
If you choose to return your items, we operate a simple returns policy.
We have made every effort to convey the products as accurately as possible.
Products have been described with sizes and dimensions where appropriate with accurate colour options.
Colours and images may vary slightly according to the device/monitor that they are viewed on.
How to Return
- Please send us an email to email@example.com with your reason for return and you will be given instructions on how to send your item back.
- Please return items back to us in their original packaging.
- The customer will be required to cover the cost of returning items.
- We strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Please note that we cannot refund or exchange goods in our sale.
- Items returned to us that arrive damaged or are lost and not received, will not be credited.
- Once received we will process your refund back to your card via your original chosen payment method
If required an exchange can also be done for an alternative product(s). Please note the delivery charge if applicable on the original order will not be refunded. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
